After all of the drama and stress that I have shared with you over the last few months and then told you all about my dream of going to work in childcare, Today is the day that I started my new job as a trainee early years educator in the preschool room at the nursery that Liberty attends. It literally must’ve been waiting for me as happened so soon after my redundancy!
Now to get back into the routine of full time hours and managing life again as a working mum! I don’t feel too bad about working full time as knowing that Liberty in the same building and can have a sneak peak of her when I can. It’s going to be difficult adjusting but at least I’m doing something that I’ve always wanted to do. I’m gutted that I’ve had to take a step back from the Hey Mama Harrogate group but I know that they love and support my decision. As well as not being able to take Liberty to her favourite sensory class Hartbeeps on a Thursday.
